  • The Church Property Network, led by The United Church of Canada in partnership with UPRC, is a monthly learning and peer-to-peer support initiative. It offers webinars and discussions on topics such as property vitality, revenue strategies, energy efficiency, and practical approaches to managing and reimagining church property.

  • The United Property Resource Corporation assists communities of faith, regional councils, and other United Church entities in making informed and faithful decisions about their property assets. UPRC provides strategic guidance on property stewardship, redevelopment, and sustainable use to ensure long-term financial and community benefit, including exploring rental, leasing, and development opportunities that support ministry and social impact.

  • The Toronto United Church Council (TUCC) supports United Church communities of faith in stewarding their property as a tool for mission and ministry. TUCC offers expertise in property stewardship, financial planning, building use assessment, and mission alignment to help congregations understand costs, clarify priorities, and explore new possibilities for their facilities while strengthening their ministry impact.
